Sends e-mail to specified recipients. The message is sent through the notification channel named by the DefaultNotificationChannel.SMTP.Text server configuration variable (default: SMTP-Text), or by DefaultNotificationChannel.SMTP.Html (default: SMTP-HTML) when isHtml is true.
