Base64::Decode

Base64::Decode(string, encoding=null): String

Decode base64 encoded string. Accepts string to encode and optional character encoding. Valid character encodings are "UTF-8", "UCS-2", "UCS-4", "SYSTEM". Default is UTF-8.
